Mesmer solo smite run build (Ya rly)
So, I've been using this build for months now and i've finnaly decided to share it with the Guru community.
It's very simple so if anyone has ever posted this before, please tell me before you start flaming.

All of these are important, but if you must change something, the best choice would be Vengeful weapon, but it's still very handy to have.
Attributes:
Illusion Magic: 10+1+1
Inspiration magic: 8+1
Restoration magic: 12
Fast casting: 2+1(rest)
Equipment:
Armor: This is very variable. I use an armor with full Blessed insignias except for chestpiece, which is radiant. I also add an attunement rune for that +5 energy together. You can also use a whole radiant set, shouldn't hurt too much. Also feel free to add a Vigor rune(not necessary tho)
Weapon set: This again, is variable too. I myself use a Totem Axe and an off-hand with +12 energy but you don't have the mods when holding vwk anyway, but when you drop it, the energy that comes is usefull for the next cast so you might aswell use a staff with an enchanting mod(for the running part) and +20 energy.
You also need a wand/staff for wanding nightmares.
The run:
Step 1.
Take the quest from Lost Soul (carefull not to aggro anything). Activate Channeling, Physical resistance and Illusion of Haste, aggro a group of graspings and run back torward the center(aatxes should break aggro). Wait for them to hit you a few times (they use distracting blow right as they reach you), activate either of the visages, arcane echo and vwk. Maintain the Visages and channeling at all times. Spam Vengeful weapon for extra damage. When the first vwk ends, cast the copy and when the copy ends, cast the original as it has recharged by now. These three rounds of vwk should kill some of the graspings, but usually leave one or two at like 5% health. From here on just spam vengeful. Repeat and kill all the three grasping groups.
Step 2.
This is the part when you run to the smites. Make sure you know the route. Activate Illusion of Haste and run past all aatxes. This shouldn't be a problem as you can maintain it.
Step 3.
Teh Sm1t3r5! Simply activate Physical resistance and Channeling, aggro a group, activate arcane echo and vwk. You can maintain visages, but it's not necessary(I still do it though). It's the same as graspings. Smites always die on three rounds of vwk.
Surprise here! You can kill Coldfire Nights too! It's long and a bit challenging, but if you have nothing better to do after a completed run, it's fun. If you are using Blessed insignias, activate and maintain channeling for the armor, but Don't use Physical resistance! Activate arcane echo as you aggro a group (don't aggro more than 3 coldfires). Wait for Maelstorms to land and dodge them. Use vwk and let them hit you, spam Vengeful weapon for additional damage. They won't die on three rounds of vwk, so as the last one ends, wait for arcane echo to recharge and start a new round.
Nightmares:
These things are the enemy of all UW farmers! And they can be annoying here too. Okay, here is what you do if a Nightmare spawns while aggroing graspings:
It will rend your illusion of haste, leaving you crippled and the aatxes will come after you. IMMEDIATELY activate Illusion of haste again(fast recharge) and run away(carefull not to aggro anything else) torward the center. If you're lucky, the aatxes will break aggro and go back. If the nightmare stays with the aatxe, it will patrol around with it, and you can avoid it, but if it walks around by itself, you can pull it when you have the opportunity and wand it to death. If the nightmare spawns and you have also aggroed graspings, you can still make a getaway-activate visages and wand the nightmare until it's dead. Don't worry, graspings won't kill you that quick.
Now, if a nightmare spawns while running, your only choice is to recast Illusion of haste and keep running, or if you're in a safe spot, stop and wand the nightmare and then continue.
So here it is! It's a very simple build so i doubt i'm the first one to think of it.

finally a solo uw build that can kill smites AND coldfires, good work i like it... gives me a reason to use my meser cuz tbh i haven't bothered with mine in a while

This is the same as the Rt/Me build....except the primary is Me/Rt this time around...nothing special. Good job though, a lot of people are stupid and never catch on too things like these :P

insanctified is right with that
i've done these runs a couple of times with my mesmer (i think it was koining who showed that it can be done with me/rt in the original rt/me thread) and they're about 12-14 mins for me.
It works very good, but the graspings are annyoing, because you need 4 vwks to kill them.

this build can also farm fow forest, just switch out channeling and the visages for leech signet, cry of frustration, and mantra of lightning use a longbow or flatbow to pull :P
oh yea and switch out physical resistance for generous was tsun or however it is spelled

I've been using the same build for about 2 weeks (thru the rit/me build previously posted), except i was taking illusion of weakness instead of channeling just incase crap happens (i do not have problems with energy), because I am farming and going for survivor title at same time. I also bring a hero to pop the nm's on the first chamber.

same exact build I used for my rt. (before i knew about 330hp)
It did work well for smites
